Classes Available

Classes and personal tuition in mat work and studio equipment are available from qualified instructors registered with the Pilates Foundation.

MAT WORK CLASSES:
75 minute sessions @ £13 per session. Maximum of 4 students per class.
Students may also book a course of one lesson per week over five weeks at a price of £55 (note: there are no refunds for missed classes on a course booking)

STUDIO EQUIPMENT CLASSES:
A Duet - maximum of two students per class @ £33 per person
Shared Class with between 2–4 students @ £25 per person - class runs 60–90 minutes depending on numbers attending.
Or pay for ten sessions in advance for £225.

ONE TO ONE TUITION:
60 minute sessions @ £55 per session.
Or pay for ten sessions in advance for £500

Please note, if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the session will be charged at the full rate.
